Medianeras Brasiliensis
Sometimes I walk around, taking photographs ramdomly. I love Architecture, urban life, social networks, design, films, music and whatever we can denominate "art". I'm an artist wannabe, or something like this. The idea of creating this tumblr came to my mind as an interesting way to manage my hobbie of "taking photos of the city". But I don't intend to keep it limited to that. That's it I thing. Enjoy it.

The Palácio da Alvorada, the official residence of the president, was designed by Oscar Niemeyer and the first building to be inaugurated in Brasília, in 1958 (two years before the official inauguration of the city). The name means “Palace of the Dawn”, and was given by Juscelino Kubitscheck himself, who used to say that “Brasília is a new dawn in the History of Brazil”.

On May 22 at Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art’s sculpture park in Kansas City, artist Robert Morris unveiled Glass Labyrinth, a huge installation that might just have you walking into walls. Fully transparent, the clear structure is made up of 1-inch thick glass.
